Seasoned operations professional will lead IT Project Management Office
Chad Paine has been named vice president of Information Technology Governance, Strategy and Portfolio Management at ChristianaCare. In this role, he will lead the IT Project Management Office, overseeing the consistent delivery of high-quality project management services aimed at enhancing business performance, increasing efficiencies and supporting the health system’s strategic and operational priorities.
Paine joined ChristianaCare in January 2022 as corporate director, Information Services. He previously worked for Tower Health in Reading, Pennsylvania, as director of Client Services Information Technology. Prior to his nearly four years there, Paine spent more than a decade with Berks Homes, a residential construction company, serving as its director of Information Technology.
Paine served in the U.S. Army from 1995 to 2004, holding both training and operational leadership roles, including the oversight of $20 million of missile systems and other military equipment. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer and information science from the University of Phoenix.
Paine reports to Chief Digital and Information Officer Randy Gaboriault, MS, MBA.
